Coaches FAQ

What does an Artisan Leaders coach do?

An Artisan Leaders coach plays a crucial role in the growth and development of our Artisans. Coaches facilitate and guide Artisan guilds (peer groups), offering coaching, mentoring, and facilitation of discussions. In addition to sharing spiritual and professional insights, they ensure that each Artisan feels supported, connected, and is fully optimizing their personal and professional growth.

What is the time commitment for a coach?

Coaches are expected to lead 1 to 3 Artisan guilds per month. The time commitment for each meeting will vary by guild level:

  • Apprentice: ~2.5 hours per meeting
  • Journeyman: ~3 hours per meeting
  • Craftsman: 4+ hours per meeting

In addition to the meetings, coaches should plan for 1-2 hours of preparation per month.

Estimated time commitment: 3.5 to 6 hours per month per guild (including meetings, prep, and additional check-ins).

Note: Coaches may also engage in individual conversations with Artisans and spend time in prayer for their groups, which is not included in the basic time estimate.

Are coaches compensated?

Yes, coaches are compensated based on two factors: Guild level (Apprentice/Journeyman/Craftsman) and number of Artisans members coached.
